Here is exactly what we do for our share, in plain English.
We pay for the Google and Facebook advertising and run the booking site. Learners pick a time you have opened and pay before they meet you.
Card payments, reminders, reschedules, refunds and learner support are ours to handle. You never chase an invoice.
We don't promise a set number of hours, and we don't charge you for an empty calendar. Our 20% only comes out of money you are being paid, so filling your week is how we get paid.
No invoices, no waiting for month end, no chasing. Completed work is yours.
A lesson is marked complete a few hours after it ends. Tap “Completed” in the app if you want it released sooner. It works the same way for pack lessons.
You keep 80% of the lesson price, less the card processing fee. The transfer is made automatically once a 48-hour refund-safety hold has passed, with nothing for you to send or chase.
Each lesson is paid out on its own, so your cash flow follows your week. Prefer one tidy weekly deposit? Flip to Friday payouts in your portal with one toggle.

You open the hours you want to teach, and learners only see those times. Lesson prices sit within a range for each area, and you set your own inside it where pricing control is switched on.
Connect your Google Calendar and it stays in step both ways, so you're never double-booked.
Mark yourself unavailable and lessons booked with “any instructor” move to the next qualified instructor in the area. Learners who chose you are asked what they would like. Either way, you don't make a single call.
