What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you book a lesson:

• Name, email address, phone number, date of birth
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Payment information (handled by our PCI-compliant payment gateway, Stripe, we never store full card numbers)
• Information your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system

How we use it

Your information is used to:

• Schedule and deliver your driving lessons
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Communicate with you about your bookings (confirmations, reminders, changes)
• Improve our services based on feedback and usage patterns

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the business (Stripe for payments, our email service provider, hosting providers) and where required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, some features of the site may not work without them.

Security

Connections to our site are encrypted with HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level).

Photos and social media

We may take photos during lessons (e.g. when a student passes their test). These may be shared on our social media accounts. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or tagged, just let your instructor know, we'll respect your preference. If a photo of you has already been posted and you'd like it removed, email andrew@completecontrol.com.au and we'll take it down promptly.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct any errors, or ask us to delete it. Email andrew@completecontrol.com.au , we'll respond within 30 days.

Business changes

If Complete Control Driver Training is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same terms in this policy.
