Where does Complete Control offer driving lessons?+
We teach across the Gold Coast, including Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh Heads and up to Upper Coomera, and across the NSW Northern Rivers, including Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Ballina and Byron Bay. New areas open regularly as instructors join.
Do you cover my suburb?+
Type your suburb into our coverage checker at completecontrol.com.au/coverage. If we teach there you can book straight away. If not yet, leave your details and you go on the waitlist for that suburb. We recruit instructors where the waitlist is strongest and email you the moment your area opens.
Do you offer both automatic and manual driving lessons?+
Yes. We offer both automatic and manual lessons in modern dual-control vehicles, with pick-up and drop-off included.
How much does a driving lesson cost?+
Automatic lessons start from $99 for one hour and manual lessons from $110. A Test Day package, which includes a warm-up drive, car hire and the test itself, is $260. You can see current pricing and book online.
Is it cheaper to buy several lessons at once?+
Yes. Choose how many hours to prepay at checkout and the rate drops: 5 hours is 5% off, 10 hours is 10% off, 15 hours is 12.5% off, 20 hours is 15% off. Only your first lesson is scheduled at the time you book; the rest become credits on your account that you can use whenever you like, valid for 12 months. Fewer than 5 hours is charged at the standard hourly rate.
Can I use your car for my driving test?+
Yes. Our Test Day package includes use of a dual-control car for your practical test, plus a warm-up lesson beforehand.
How do I book a driving lesson?+
Book online in a few steps. Choose your lesson type, pick a time and instructor, and pay securely. You get a confirmation straight away.
Do you sell gift vouchers?+
Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed against any driving lesson.
