Terms of Service

1. About us

These terms govern your use of services provided by Complete Control Driver Training (ABN 65 403 862 100), operating across Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. By booking a lesson or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

All bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Payment is taken via secure Stripe Checkout in Australian dollars. Prices include GST.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled lesson are credited to your account balance, redeemable on any future booking. Cash refunds are handled case-by-case at the discretion of management.

4. Vouchers & gift certificates

• Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers are transferable between clients.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Master Instructor, Pass Guarantee

Complete Control offers a Pass Guarantee on Master Lessons with Andrew, subject to the terms below. The Pass Guarantee applies only to bookings made through this platform.

5.1 The promise

Where an Eligible Learner (defined below) completes the Eligible Requirements and fails their driving test undertaken as part of the relevant Master Lesson program, Complete Control will provide one additional Master Lesson at no additional cost by issuing an account credit to the learner equal to the value of one Master Lesson, capped at AUD $149.

5.2 Eligible Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Have completed at least three (3) Master Lessons with Andrew through Complete Control;
• Have failed the driving test undertaken following those Master Lessons;
• Hold a current Queensland or New South Wales learner's permit at the time of booking;
• Have logged the driving hours required to sit their test (under-25 QLD/NSW learners must complete 100 hoursof supervised driving) before their driving test, this guarantee is for test-ready students, not brand-new learners;
• Have not previously received an additional Master Lesson under this Pass Guarantee.

5.3 What "completed" means

A Master Lesson is "completed" only if it was booked, paid for, delivered, and marked as completed through Complete Control. Bookings that are cancelled, rescheduled, reverted, refunded, disputed, unpaid, or otherwise invalid do not count toward the three-lesson requirement.

5.4 How to claim

To claim, contact us by email at andrew@completecontrol.com.au or call 0481 868 567. The additional Master Lesson is not issued automatically and will only be provided following review and confirmation by Complete Control. We may require evidence of the failed test including, without limitation, an official test result summary, assessment report, licensing authority documentation, or other confirmation reasonably requested by us.

5.5 Right to refuse

Complete Control reserves the right to verify your test outcome and may refuse to issue the additional Master Lesson where we reasonably determine the claim is duplicate, invalid, misleading, fraudulent, or where these terms have not been complied with.

5.6 Nature of the credit

The additional Master Lesson will be provided as a Complete Control account credit only. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. Only one additional complimentary Master Lesson may be issued per Eligible Learner.

5.7 Withdrawal or amendment

Complete Control reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Pass Guarantee at any time in its discretion. Where the Pass Guarantee is withdrawn or amended, Eligible Learners who have already completed at least three Master Lessons prior to the effective date of the change will remain eligible, provided their lessons and test are completed within six (6) months of the date the change takes effect.

5.8 Other rights preserved

Complete Control's standard Refund Policy continues to apply to all purchases made in connection with the Pass Guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Complete Control's liability in connection with the Pass Guarantee is limited to issuing the account credit for one additional Master Lesson.

6. Pickup & drop-off

Lessons include free pickup and drop-off anywhere within the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers service area. You are responsible for being at the agreed pickup location at the booked time. We may cancel and charge in full if you cannot be reached.

7. Permit requirements

You must hold a current Queensland or NSW learner's permit to take a lesson. Your instructor will check your permit on your first lesson; if it isn't valid we cannot proceed and the lesson will be charged in full.

8. Liability

Our instructors operate dual-control vehicles and conduct themselves to professional industry standards. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
